Our events usually attract singles in their 30’s, 40’s and 50’s, with attendees coming from a variety of backgrounds, nationalities and professions. Whether you’re new to dating or simply looking to meet someone outside of dating apps, you’ll find a diverse and friendly crowd at Sol Events.
3. How does the evening work?
When you arrive, you’ll be greeted by our friendly hosts who will guide you through the evening’s activities. Typically, the night begins with a welcome drink, followed by some mingling and icebreaker games or group speed dating to encourage conversations. The rest of the evening is open for enjoying new conversations, dancing and socialising.
4. Do I need to pre-book tickets?
You may attend without a ticket and pay at the venue (in cash), but please note that our events frequently sell out. We strongly recommend purchasing your ticket in advance to secure your spot. To ensure an equal ratio of men and women, there is a possibility you may be turned away at the door if the event reaches capacity. Tickets can be purchased directly through our website or via our approved partners, such as Eventbrite.
5. Can I attend alone?
Absolutely! Most of our attendees come on their own, and our hosts are there to make you feel welcome, comfortable and make introductions. Our icebreakers and group activities ensure that you’ll have plenty of opportunities to meet others.
6. What is group speed dating?
Unlike traditional one-on-one speed dating, group speed dating involves small groups of 4-8 people at each table. Ladies stay seated and men rotate, this setup creates a more relaxed and conversational atmosphere, allowing everyone to participate and connect in a natural way.
7. What should I wear?
We recommend dressing smartly but comfortably. Think of it as a night out with friends. Our venues are typically stylish and sophisticated, so feel free to dress to impress!

9. What if I’m nervous about attending?
It’s natural to feel nervous, but rest assured, our events are designed to make everyone feel at ease. Our friendly hosts and icebreaker activities are there to help you settle in and enjoy the evening. We find most people come out of their shell and choose to carry on the night with their new found friends.
10. Can I cancel or transfer my ticket?
Tickets are non-refundable but can often be transferred to a future event if you notify us at least 48 hours in advance.

We partner with stylish and centrally located venues across Málaga, Benalmadena, Fuengirola, and Marbella. We have a private dedicated area of the venue chosen for its ambiance, accessibility, and suitability for hosting singles events.
12. How do you ensure a balanced ratio of men and women?
We carefully monitor ticket sales to maintain an even gender balance wherever possible. While we can’t guarantee exact parity, our focus is on creating a great experience for all attendees.
